Work Examples

The following is a showcase of some of the work I have done in the past.

01

War Never Changes

This is a game I worked on with my project partner Mechiel van Dyk. It is a 2 player controller controlled game that is meant to show the cruelty and brutality of war.

The project description this game was made for was to take an issue and make a game to highlight some unknown issues.

My role in the project was to create the map, characters (including animation), props and objects that will be used within the game.

We created the game using blender for the 3D work and unity and C# coding for the game creation.

The following is a link to the game.

Please note this game is still in development and therefor is not completed and does not have a demonstration video.

02

Prison

This is a game that I made with my group members Duncan Smit and Mechiel van Dyk. It is a single player game meant to show how boring and repetitive but also dangerous life in prison can be.

The purpose of the project in which this game was made for was to create a game on a social issue in which we chose crime.

My role in this project was to create the map/rooms that are in the game. I created all locations and props in the game.

This game has also been made to work on Android phones.

We created all of the 3D work in blender and used Unity and C# coding for game creation.

Please note this game is still in development and therefor is not completed and does not have a download location or demonstration video.

Simple Levels

These are levels I created for a Game Jam that me and my friends took part in. These levels were created with a style of simplicity in mind. They were created within a day as we had limited time to create the entire game. Each level contained obstacles that the player would need to overcome to complete the level.

Personal Work

This is a personal project that I decided to create in my own time after i had completed university. It is a Red Wood Forest setting created in Unreal Engine 5.1. The trees were created in blender using a plug-in. Other assets such as the rocks and textures were obtained from the UE built-in Quixel bridge. All of the trees and rocks have been appropriately hit-boxed.
